BGP4 routing is in place and if one provider fails to take the data leaving the network, it is automatically redirected through another bandwidth provider.
ProMediaCom relies on fully optimized DELL & IBM Windows 2008 Servers for optimal performance even in the peak traffic hours. Public access is strictly forbidden to our data centers and power systems are designed to run uninterrupted even in the unlikely event of a complete power outage.
ProMediaCom servers use SWSoft Plesk Control Panels. Plesk Control Panels are awarded as one of the best and most stable control panels. You don't need vast technical knowledge to use the windows XP interface control panel and in case you do, we are always here to guide you through.
